Signposting
By working with our dedicated admin team, you will be signposted to the relevant resources that offer support for financial advice/ claims, mental health, wellbeing, domestic abuse, food vouchers and issues of homelessness.
Swapshop
Children and adults - bring in clean and wearable items of clothing that no longer fit and swap them for equivalent items.
School Uniform
Have your children grown out of their school uniform? Simply bag the clean items together and bring them down to swap.
Furniture
Need to replace an item of furniture or white goods? We have a selection of items that have been donated, including white goods, electricals and home furnishings.
Dependant on your circumstances, there may be a small cost attached.
Household set up
Need help to set up home with toiletries, kitchen utensils, cooking ware, bedding, towels etc - we have a stock of items that are available.
Any brand new items received will have a small cost attached.
Clothing / Household items
Donate all your unwanted items of clothing or household goods. These are either given away free (depending on circumstances) or sold for a small amount.
Homeless
Facing homelessness through no fault of your own - you will be supported and signposted to the relevant support services.
Volunteer Your Time
Feeling lonely, suffering with anxiety? Want to become part of a team that works hard to support others in need.? We have positions available in Reception to greet and assist clients or sorting through donations in the warehouse.
Finances/Benefits
Struggling to pay bills, or unsure of what you can claim? We will support you and devise a plan of action or signpost you to the relevant services that will help.
